Mark started his career in the financial services industry in 1976, after earning his Bachelor’s degree in the study of government from the University of Notre Dame in 1975, and his Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University in 1976.

In 1985, Mark earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation from the College of Financial Planning.  Mark is currently a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) General Securities Representative (Series 7), State Securities Agent (Series 63) and is New York State Insurance licensed for Life, Accident and Health.

In addition to advising clients, Mark serves as an Onondaga County Legislator.

Mark and his wife Mary Kate have four sons and two daughters and reside in Syracuse, New York.
