Michael Gagliardi began his career in 1990 with a focus on serving the needs of the small business owner though 401(k) and cash management programs. His success led to a number of management positions including the training of new financial advisors between 1994 and 1996. During that time, Mike was involved in the redesign of national training programs and the structuring of new training criteria for a global investment firm. In 1996, Michael was promoted to branch management which included branches in Connecticut and New York State.

In search of an investment firm more aligned with his philosophic beliefs, Mike joined Pinnacle Investments in 2009 as Senior Vice President, Branch Manager. In this position he functions in all aspects of branch development and expansion.

Mike’s involvement in the Syracuse Community includes Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sarah House, Board of Directors Mid-State Youth Hockey, Varsity Hockey Coach at Christian Brothers Academy, Central Section Coaching Director for the Amateur Hockey Association of the United States (AHAUS) including the National Sport Festival and The Empire States Games.
